WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Standard shipping lead times are 2-5 working days. Most of our customers receive their orders within 3 working days. Express delivery orders made before 11am is delivered the next working day.
HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ?
To cancel an order please send an email to us at contact@ssasi.co.uk
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return. Email us at: contact@ssasi.co.uk for a return request. Once your request is granted, you will post the item to our warehouse. Return postage costs are covered by the customer. Products must be in the same condition as received to be accepted. Once the 14day mark expires and we have not received the item, your return request will no longer be accepted.
WHY WON'T THE DISCOUNT CODES WORK?
The discount codes cannot be used on sale items. Once the sale is over, the discount codes will automatically start working again.
HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
